Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, and services operated by MNS Belgium ("MNS", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to StockFlow Manager, The Count AI, AI Social Pilot, and Life Admin (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it promptly if it changes. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. 2. The Services

MNS provides a suite of AI-powered SaaS platforms designed to automate business and personal operations. Each platform is offered as a standalone product and may be subscribed to individually or as part of a bundle. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Upload, store, or transmit any content that is defamatory, infringing, or malicious;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, other accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Services;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including introducing viruses or scraping data at scale;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services except as permitted by applicable law;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Services without our prior written consent.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, documents, images, or materials you submit, upload, or store through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant MNS a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, designs, logos, text, graphics, and underlying technology, are the intellectual property of MNS Belgium and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. No title or interest in the Services is transferred to you. Our name, logo, and product names are trademarks of MNS Belgium and may not be used without our prior written consent.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees upon reasonable notice; price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

7. Third-Party Links and Integrations

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or offer integrations with third-party tools. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. You access third-party services at your own risk and are subject to their terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MNS disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any AI-generated output is accurate or reliable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MNS Belgium be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MNS Belgium and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the Services.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you cease, and we may delete your User Content after a reasonable retention period. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Antwerp, Belgium. Before initiating litigation, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through negotiation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
